Editing to add DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER: Your reply to a google review doesn't help you. You sound like a bitter business and I am not the only person to leave a bad review. Bad business is trying to "one up" a customer online because you made a mistake. We didn't try to "fix" anything except the mistakes by YOUR COMPANY. We tried to be gracious and understanding, but your response goes to prove that your "business" is more about "being right" than it is about DOING right. I wish the person with the GOD AWFUL drain system had reviewed before we started using your service, it would have deterred us from the very start. First: We did consult a "so-called expert" landscaper, it was your company. And we still ended up having to do work on the landscaping and irrigation ourselves because it never was up to working standards. That's your fault, not ours. Don't claim to fix something and then leave it the exact same state or even worse than before. I have debated leaving a review for about a month now but here it goes. We had Daniel replace a spigot to our irrigation on the front of the house. We were having issues with the irrigation working properly and consistently. After the replacement, everything seemed fine for awhile, the area around most of the plants seem to be wet when they were supposed to, cool. One day in particular, my husband noticed that our irrigation was still running after several hours. I had it set for a 3 hour increment, from 6 AM to 9 AM, Mon, Wed and Friday. This was a Saturday. I came home at 10AM and the irrigation was running. We checked at 11 AM, still going. We turned off the irrigation system and closed the spigot completely, irrigation continued to run for almost two more hours. 1 PM rolls around and I called D&V to see if they were open, if they checked messages, if they had an emergency service. That's all a no, btw. They check messages only Monday thru Friday, and they do NOT have any kind of emergency service. After the water FINALLY stopped flowing from irrigation we left it turned off until Monday morning. The office called us to set up an appointment for Friday of the week, as in four days later after I had asked on messages to have some one come out IMMEDIATELY so we could stop the water and salvage the irrigation system, preventing us from a ridiculous water bill. It is what it is, I accepted the Friday appointment. Lo and behold, office didn't even listen to all the messages before calling me, they had NO idea that we were URGENTLY in need of assistance. Fine, whatever, they called back and set us up for Tuesday. Great, only one more day, we can handle that. I'll leave out all the rest of the back and forth between the office and me that was due to confusion on the office's part. Tuesday, Daniel comes out and immediately, I can tell he's "annoyed" with being at my home. His attitude was rude, short and "matter-of-fact" in a way that I found plain disrespectful. When I explained the situation that had occurred on the Saturday before, his response, "I don't know, that wasn't me. That has nothing to do with me." Seriously? We had a new IRRIGATION SPIGOT/LINE installed by him but he had nothing to do with it? What does that even mean? I am a 5'5, 115 pound female. Daniel was flustered with me when I tried to explain that there was indeed a problem and that it did have to do with him. We have PAID for his company to extend irrigation lines at different plants, we ended up doing it ourselves because the work was sub-par. We PAID for him to check the irrigation lines and confirm that each plant was receiving water the way it's supposed to. They weren't. This last interaction made me feel both intimidated and disrespected. I am not a landscape expert, but I am also not an idiot. My water was running for over 6 hours, and the response "I don't know, that has nothing to do with me," is downright unacceptable. I wouldn't recommend using this company unless you like to feel disrespected at your own home. Thanks, but no thanks.
